How do I restore a user?

GROUP MANAGER

To restore a user profile:

  1. Choose People – Browse Profiles from the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. Choose the required group using the Select Group drop down list.
  3. All active users in the selected group will be displayed. Archived users are not shown in the list.
  4. Tick the Show Archived Users ONLY checkbox above the list of people.
  5. Click on the name of the person you want to restore.
  6. Click on the Restore button at the top right of the page.
