How do the licences work?

GENERAL

To access the online training, each person needs a licence. Licences are purchased per person, per course, per certificate duration.

All licences that you purchase stay on your account until you use them, they are no time limits.

Licences are only used when a learner starts the training for the first time or when you choose to renew training.

Any person you add to our training system that does not start the training, will NOT use up a licence.

Our LMS can be configured to authenticate with your systems, so your users don’t need to remember additional passwords or usernames.
