How do licences work?

To access the training, each person needs a licence. Licences are purchased per person, per course, per certificate duration.

Licences that you purchase stay on your account until you use them, and they are only used when a learner starts the training for the first time or when you choose to renew their training.

Any staff you add to our LMS that do not start the training will not use up a licence.
