Will the training run on my computer or tablet?
A

The training is designed to run using either Adobe Flash Player (download the latest version) or html5 and is compatible with the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari. The training can be accessed from computers running recent versions of Microsoft Windows, Apple Macintosh OS, Android tablets and Apple iPads.

How do I purchase the training?
A

You can purchase the training via our website with a debit or credit card or alternatively you can pay by BACS or cheque.

Can I pay by BACS or Cheque?
A

If you do not want to pay using a debit or credit card, we can send you an invoice to be paid by BACS or cheque. Just email us your order and we will email you the invoice.

When will I receive my log-in details?
A

You will be sent an email within minutes of making your purchase asking you to confirm who the training is for. This is necessary because the person taking the training or managing a group of users is often not the person making the payment.

When you email us with details of the person who will take the training (single licence purchased) the Group Manager (multiple licence purchase), we will set up the user profile and send the log-in details via email. This process is usually done within an hour during UK office hours but can take longer if the purchase is made during the evening, weekends or bank holidays.

Tip: If you do not receive your email please check your junk email folder or spam filter in case the email has been blocked before contacting technical support using the contact details at the top of this page.

How do I access my training?
A

To access your training courses click on the Login button at the top right of any of the i2Comply web pages. You can then log in and enter the username and password that you received by email. The training assigned to you will be in course folders in the Learning Zone.

I've forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?
A

If you know your username, you can request a new password from the Forgotten Password option on the log-in page. If you don't know your username please contact technical support using the contact details at the top of this page.

Tip: You can change your password to one of your choosing on the My Profile page in the People section.

What is a Group Manager?
A

A group manager can add, edit and archive users within their group(s). Groups are usually named after the organisation with an indication of the training they contain. Group Managers have a dashboard to monitor user progress, results, completion dates and renewal dates.

Do I have to complete the training in one go?
A

No, your topic progress is saved as you work through the training, so you can exit and return any time. To help your concentration you should take a short break every 30 minutes.

How do I view/print my certificates?
A

Most courses have a short online assessment for you to take once you have been through the training. Upon successful completion of the assessment, certificates can be printed at any time by clicking on the rosette icon which will appear alongside the course folder in the Learning Zone.

How do I view/print the certificates of my staff?
A

A group manager can view and print the certificates of a user by viewing their profile and clicking on .....

How and why do I get my staff to repeat/renew their training?
A

Most compliance/Health and Safety training must be repeated periodically to ensure your users are reminded of duties and best practice, and are kept up-to-date with latest legislation and best practice. The Group Manager Dashboard automatically notifies you when training certificates are due to expire.

How do I add more licences?
A

When you purchase more licences just email us to let us know which groups you want them to be added to.

Tip: Licences don't expire. A licence is used as soon as a user accesses the training for the first time. If you add more users to a group than you have licences, some users will not be able to access the course unless more licences are added to the group.

Can I add more courses to my group?
A

Yes. When you purchase additional courses we will assign them to a new group. In a couple of mouse clicks a Group Manager can add a user to each group that has the training they need to take. When a user goes to the Learning Zone he/she will automatically have access to any training assigned to the groups they belong to.


Q
When I log in, I can't see any training
A

This is usually because the group you are in has run out of licences. You will need to contact technical support and we will inform the group manager.
