This Stress in the Workplace online training course makes you aware of the potential impact of work-related stress, helps you to recognise your own stress triggers and helps you manage any work-related stress you are experiencing.

The online training identifies positive ways of dealing with stress. One of the best ways is being active. This is a really good way to reduce stress levels. Exercise releases endorphins into your bloodstream which make you feel good and lift your mood. Your stress may not disappear, but it will help you feel calmer so that you can deal with your problems with a clearer mind.

Also, the training covers what you should do if you have tried these self-help techniques and you still feel unable to cope with the levels of stress you are experiencing.

The course takes about 1-2 hours to complete.
