Stress in the Workplace

What is it?

This online Stress in the Workplace training makes you aware of the potential impact of work-related stress, helps you to recognise your own stress triggers and helps you manage any work-related stress you are experiencing.

Who is it for?

Stress can affect all of us, therefore this training is suitable for people of all levels and in all areas of work. Employers are required by law under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 to take reasonable steps to minimise the risk of stress-related illness or injuries relating to stress.

How does it benefit your organisation?

For employers, it is an efficient way to ensure that all employees are up-to-date with current health and safety regulations. An administrator can quickly and easily see who has accessed and passed the course, even in multi-site businesses. In the case of a total loss situation, all records and certificates are kept on our secure servers and on the cloud and can be accessed remotely.

Where can the course be taken?

The online training course is designed to fit around your business. Anyone can access the course at any time from a PC, laptop or tablet.

How long does it take?

Typically the course takes 45 minutes, including the final assessment. You can re-visit any of the topics and retake the assessment as many times as necessary.

When do I get my certificate?

When you have successfully passed the course you will be able to download and print your certificate straight away.
